Presenter Instructions

An accepted paper implies that one of the authors, or a proxy, will be present at the conference to present the work.

Oral presentation:
The time slot for your presentation is 20 minutes plus 5 minutes of Q&A.

Poster presentation:
You will have an area of width 100 cm and height 250 cm at your disposal, that you may use for your poster, and for additional material that you wish to display. On the day of your poster session, you are asked to set up your material in the morning, and leave it on display until the end of the day.
