Giacomo Salici is a computer and AI engineer. He received his M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2024, graduating in the Artificial Intelligence Applications curriculum. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information and Communications Technologies at the AImageLab Research Group, under the supervision of Prof. Simone Calderara and Prof. Roberto Vezzani.
His research topics include deep learning for multimodal time series analysis in anomaly detection and predictive maintenance, robotics and Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT). A more detailed description of his projects can be found at his website.
